Brandon is a graduate from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. He studied and obtained his associate's degree in Baking and Pastry Arts. He traveled to Seattle, Washington perfecting his craft before returning home to central Missouri. There, he met his wife, Ida, working at a bakery in Columbia, Missouri.
They brought together their passion of artisan pastries and high quality coffee to open their first bakery in Jefferson City, Missouri. After 6 years in business, they relocated to the Crossroads Art District in Kansas City. The relocation allowed Ida (who is a KC native) to be closer to family as well as allowing them to operate in a larger market and focus even further on their passion of creating scratch made breakfast pastries.
After 3 years of being in Kansas City, they are once again in the process of relocating their pastry shop to see their dream reach its full potential.
